Processing times: Orders are carefully handcrafted and typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom items may take slightly longer, but we strive to ensure every piece meets our high-quality standards before sending it your way.

There are no guaranteed "ship-by" or delivery dates, especially during the busy holiday season. You will receive your tracking information when your order is ready to ship.

Returns, exchanges & refunds: 

All sales are final.

Damages or issues with your order:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items are required to be shipped back to us at our expense before a replacement is sent.
