About us

Welcome to the Hobby House!

We are a small home-based crafting and more business. I handcraft everything in our home shop, located in rural Minnesota. My daughter, Carly, and her fiance, Adam, have began adding wonderful handcrafted wood items to the website. Design ideas and product testing are aided by my husband (Mike), our son (Jordan), and his girlfriend (Emily). When I'm not busy crafting, we like to spend time together enjoying the great outdoor activities that Minnesota has to offer. You will often find me in one of my perennial flower beds, trying to keep them weed free!

Sourcing supplies from other small businesses is a high priority of mine. When you shop with us, you are supporting many families. We really appreciate it!
